I've always loved food: cooking it, eating it, and sharing it with good people. With family roots down South and a deep love for Mexican food, I tried just about every way to make a birria taco until I found the one that felt just right.

I love serving my community, seeing people smile over a great meal, and traveling for new flavors and inspiration. At the end of the day, it's simple: good food, good people, and a whole lot of heart.
